What goes in
✳Make it your size
Tap as you measure. A little less to keep in your head.
Let’s make it
one step at a time- 01
Combine the broth, soy sauces, oyster sauce, Shaoxing wine, sugar, sesame oil, and white pepper.
- 02
Heat about 1 tsp neutral oil in a wok or saucepan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger and cook for 20–30 seconds.
- 03
Pour in the sauce mixture and bring to a simmer.
- 04
Mix the cornstarch and cold water separately until completely smooth.
- 05
While stirring the simmering sauce, slowly pour in the cornstarch slurry.
- 06
Cook for 30–60 seconds, stirring, until glossy and thick enough to coat a spoon.
✳
That’s a good thing made.
Enjoy every bite.
